1. Is Ryobbitoolls the same as the Ryobi brand?
Absolutely not. Ryobbitoolls is an entirely independent and separate brand. We are not affiliated, associated, endorsed by, or in any way connected with Ryobi Limited, Ryobi Technologies, or any other company using a similar name. We are our own business, offering a curated selection of tools under our own independent identity. This is clearly stated in our global disclaimer at the top of every policy page.

2. How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery to the contiguous U.S. takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email.

3. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns of new, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We provide a free return label and there is no restocking fee. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

5. How long does it take to get a refund?
We process refunds within 1–2 business days of receiving your return. It may then take 7–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to show the credit in your account. That timeframe is set by your financial institution, not by us.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@ryobbitoolls.it.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee a change once the order has been prepared for shipment.

7. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
